Zhengzhou University Delegation Visits and Exchanges with Yidian Group

On July 7th, Wang Dingbiao, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering of Zhengzhou University, led a delegation to visit and exchange with Yidian Group. Ren Qingpeng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Yichuan County Advanced Manufacturing Development Zone, and Yang Shaohua, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Yidian Group, accompanied the delegation.
During the symposium, Wang Dingbiao introduced the disciplinary system, talent cultivation, enrollment and employment, as well as the development history, program offerings, and research platforms of the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering of Zhengzhou University. He expressed the hope to leverage the research advantages of the university, strengthen cooperation with enterprises, and provide service and support in terms of talent demand, technological innovation, and research project applications.
Ren Qingpeng focused on introducing the industrial layout and development direction of Xichuan County, stating the firm commitment to pursue innovation-driven development, establish a "236" new industrial system, and create a provincial-level high-tech development zone. He expressed the desire for Zhengzhou University to establish close connections with Yichuan County and Yidian Group, contributing to the development of new energy, new materials, intelligent equipment, and other industries in Yichuan County through talent output and research achievements.
Prior to the symposium, Wang Dingbiao and his delegation visited the production site of Longding Aluminum to gain an understanding of the company's product structure, production processes, technological research and development, and market sales.
Nearly 20 experts and professors from the School of Mechanical and Power Engineering of Zhengzhou University, as well as Yang Kewei, Cheng Yuanpeng, Du Xiaopei, and others from Yidian Group, participated in the aforementioned activities.
